General Information:. Start date: asap . Latest Start Date: 01.01.2022 . End date: 30.06.2022 (possible extension) . Travel: ca. 40%, to be discussed in the interview Your Responsibilities: . Delivering the Rack CE labeling project . Ensure CE labeling according to timeline, quality, budget and product requirements . Address functional needs, e.g. technical, regulatory, business - in alignment with International Business Leader (IBL) / Life cycle Project Leader (PL) - and operational issues . Align all development activities (in scope of the predefined goals / solution) in accordance with cross-functional evaluation and risk assessment . Proactively challenge project teams on delivery and alternative courses of action . Advancing the work of CoreLab Instrumentation, making tradeoffs . Collaborate with other Program/Project Leaders and Project Teams on our Automation offering . Create transparency on the state, progress and risks of the projects . Drive team debate and decision around key issues that determine IVDR compliance or scheduleYour Profile: . Academic degree in an engineering related discipline . 5+ years working experience in product development , in a highly regulated enviroment, . 5+ years working experience in (sub-)project leadership . Fluent in English, German is of advantage . Experience within IVD product development is of advantage . Ability to form a functional team and focus the team on completing activities . Demonstrated your ability to successfully negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders including external partners . Consistent record of building collaborative relationships with peers and teams, helping cross-functional teams address strategic opportunities . A desire and openness to learning and continuously improving, both of yourself and your team members .
